This module has been developed to assist practitioners i.e. HR, Employee Wellness practitioners, Ethics Officers, Psychologists, etc. to survey their company in terms of various organisational behavioural factors.
Specific Organisational Surveys
The AssessmentWorld system hosts surveys for organisational functioning, such as, employee wellness, organisational commitment, integrity perception, culture functioning, and psychological health & safety.
Platform
The survey platform enables practitioners to utilise a fully cloud based solution, inclusive of administrating, auto scoring, report generation, and secure data storage. Surveys can also be completed by participants on any smart device, increasing the capability to include large numbers of dispersed employees, yet auto gather the data via the AssessmentWorld cloud based system.
