Job Grading

The AssessmentWorld JPE - Job Profiling Expert module is designed to gather and include consensus input from various raters on the grading of a job, utilising cloud based input screens on areas, such as, complexity, span of control, qualification levels, and more. The output of these consensus inputs results in an auto generated job grade, comparing and reporting on various job grading conventions, such as Patterson, Hays, and others.


The AssessmentWorld, JPE platform enables practitioners to utilise a fully cloud based solution, inclusive of administrating, auto scoring, report generation, and secure data storage. Ratings can also be completed by participants on any smart device, increasing the capability to efficiently include dispersed employees, yet auto gather the data via the AssessmentWorld cloud based system.
